Adrind Engine ("we", "our", "the Service") provides AI-powered ad performance analysis and campaign optimization for advertisers running campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, what changes we can make to your advertising accounts, and the choices you have.
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider (Clerk).
Authentication and connection data. When you connect an advertising platform, we store the OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens needed to call that platform's API on your behalf, along with token expiry times and connection status. We never collect or store your Google or Meta account password.
Connected advertising account data. We store identifiers and metadata for the accounts you connect, including Google Ads customer IDs and manager account IDs, Meta ad account IDs, and campaign, ad set, ad group, and ad identifiers.
Campaign and performance data. We retrieve campaign names, statuses, budgets, bid settings, and performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per result, click-through rate) for the accounts you connect.
Optimization settings. We store the target cost-per-result you configure for each connected account, which our recommendations are measured against.
Usage and diagnostic data. We may collect basic technical data (browser type, device, log data, error messages) to maintain, debug, and secure the Service.
We use the information we collect to display your advertising performance on your dashboard, generate AI-powered optimization recommendations using Anthropic's Claude API, execute the campaign changes you approve, manage your account and subscription, communicate with you about the Service, and maintain security and reliability.
We do not sell your personal information or advertising data to third parties.
Adrind Engine can make changes to campaigns in the Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts you connect. These changes are limited to pausing or enabling campaigns and adjusting campaign budgets.
Every change is user-initiated. We generate recommendations automatically, but no change is written to your advertising account until you explicitly approve it by selecting an action in the dashboard. We do not create accounts, create new campaigns, change targeting, edit ad creative, or make any change autonomously or on a schedule.
You can revoke our ability to make changes at any time by disconnecting the account within the Service, or by revoking access from your Google or Meta account settings.
We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate Adrind Engine: Google and Meta (to read your advertising data and apply changes you approve, via the APIs you've authorized), Anthropic (to generate AI-powered recommendations from your campaign performance data), Supabase (database storage), Clerk (authentication), Polar (subscription billing), and Vercel (application hosting).
We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law.
Adrind Engine's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access Google Ads data solely to provide the advertising analytics and campaign management features described in this policy, and do not use this data for advertising purposes of our own, to train machine learning models, or for any purpose unrelated to the features you use.
Retention varies by data type:
Account information — retained while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, billing, and support purposes.
OAuth access and refresh tokens — retained until you disconnect the account, revoke access from the platform, or delete your account.
Connected account identifiers and campaign metadata — retained while your account is active.
Performance metrics and generated recommendations — cached for a limited period to power your dashboard and reduce redundant API calls, and refreshed on an ongoing basis.
Logs and diagnostics — retained as needed for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit, encryption at rest for stored data, OAuth 2.0 for all advertising platform connections, Row Level Security on our database so records are scoped to the owning user, and least-privilege access controls.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Adrind Engine does not collect or store your Google or Meta account passwords. Authorization is handled entirely through each platform's OAuth flow. You can revoke access at any time from within Adrind Engine or from the platform's own account settings.
You can disconnect your Google Ads or Meta Ads account at any time from within the Service, which revokes our access. You can also request a copy of the data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account and associated data.
